I was a Labour voter at a time when Labour were perceived as representing fairness for all and being a party that fought for our rights and freedoms. However New LABOUR no longer represents those values, instead they have given us:

Illegal war/invasions of other countries
Trial without jury brought in for first time in our history
Extradition without evidence
Denial of internet without evidence or trial
Illegal rendition
Biometric ID cards
DNA Database of innocent people held
UK complicity in torture
People arrested for unsuitable slogans on T Shirts
Terrorism powers now regularly used to prevent Photographers from photographing in our streets
4 Million surveillance cameras watching us more than any other country in the world
Schools can fingerprint our children without parent's consent
Our emails can now be intercepted by local authorities, including to see if you live in your child's chosen school catchment area
It is illegal for any child currently in care to speak out, even if they feel they are being maltreated
4300 new offences since this government came to power that's equivalent to one new offence a day
The tax office can read our personal mail before it's even delivered to us
A woman arrested in London for reading out the names of war dead in Iraq at the cenotaph
A man arrested for listening to the band The Clash singing London's burning while travelling in a taxi
